In his coaching role, Kenny excels at leading group discussions on topics vital to organizational health. He works with leadership teams and faith-based groups to address challenges in organizational culture, foster team building, and improve overall relationships. Kenny’s coaching style is designed to help groups communicate more effectively and collaborate more successfully, creating a positive and productive environment for everyone involved.

I have been married for 36 years to my wife Carol and am the proud father of two daughters. I truly believe the key to strong communities is strong families. And the keys to building a strong family are commitment, communication, and connections. Many of the societal well-being challenges being faced today are a result of a lack of family unity. When families are stronger, our communities and our country are stronger.
I am proud to be a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. Through the Prepare and Enrich program, couples learn about each other’s areas of strength and also identify areas for improvement. Whether you are a new couple considering marriage or a seasoned couple with 20 years of marriage, the Prepare and Enrich Program can help you strengthen your relationship by living in unity.
